Effective date: 6 September 2026 · Last updated: 6 September 2026 Muallemi ("Muallemi", "we", "us" or "our") is an education solutions company established in the State of Qatar and incubated at Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP), Education City, Doha. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal data when you visit muallemi.com and its Arabic edition (together, the "Site"), contact us, apply for a role with us, or otherwise interact with us. We are committed to handling personal data in accordance with Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy (the "PDPPL") and, where applicable to data subjects located elsewhere, other data protection laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). Please read this Policy carefully. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.

  • Content: means all text, graphics, images, logos, photographs, illustrations, video, audio, downloadable materials, data, software, page layouts, structured data and other material on or available through the Site.
  • Services: means the education solutions, consulting, academic-system design, deployment and operation services and related offerings that Muallemi provides to institutional clients.
  • Submission: means any information, message, enquiry, application, document (including a CV) or other material you send to us through the Site or otherwise.
  • User, you and your: mean any person who accesses or uses the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site is an informational and corporate website. It describes Muallemi, its approach, its Services and its work. The Site does not itself provide the Services. Any engagement to provide Services is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between Muallemi and the relevant client.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by adults acting in a professional, institutional or job-seeking capacity. By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organisation.

4. Permitted use

You may access and use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  1. use the Site in any way that breaches applicable local, national or international law, including Qatar Law No. 14 of 2014 on Combating Cybercrimes;
  2. access or attempt to access non-public areas of the Site (including /admin) without express authorisation;
  3. probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or circumvent security measures;
  4. introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or harmful material;
  5. attack the Site via a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack;
  6. use automated scrapers, crawlers or bots to extract Content (except allowed search engine crawlers under robots.txt);
  7. submit false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful Submissions;
  8. submit spam, bulk or unsolicited commercial messages through our forms;
  9. upload files other than requested formats or files exceeding 5 MB;
  10. reproduce, copy, sell or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes; or
  11. use the Site to train or evaluate machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models without express permission in robots.txt and llms.txt.

5. Submissions, enquiries and job applications

5.1 Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all Submissions are accurate and complete. Applications containing false information may be rejected.

5.2 No obligation: Sending a Submission does not create a contractual relationship. We handle Submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.3 Confidentiality & Licence: We treat job applications as confidential. By sending a Submission, you grant Muallemi a royalty-free, worldwide licence to store and use it to process your request.

5.5 Automated protection: Submissions identified as automated spam may be discarded without notice.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Ownership: The Site and all Content are owned by Muallemi or its licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of Qatar and international treaties.

6.2 Trade marks: "Muallemi", "معلمي", and associated logos are trade marks of Muallemi. Other logos belong to their respective owners.

6.3 Limited licence: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view and print extracts of Content solely for personal, non-commercial information or evaluating Muallemi's Services.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for external content.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may suspend or change the Site without notice.

10. Privacy and data protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016.

The Site and Content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Limitation of liability

Muallemi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost profit damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed QAR 1,000.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Muallemi against all claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of Qatar hold exclusive jurisdiction.
